The game does not run properly, for example, the game does not launch.

Please try the general troubleshooting steps below:

• The execution file "MarvelVsCapcomFightingCollection.exe" necessary for the general troubleshooting steps is installed to the folder below.
  • C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\MARVEL vs. CAPCOM Fighting Collection
  • The above is the default installation path.
• Please note, if you're using a muti-GPU setup such as NVIDIA's SLI or ATI's Crossfire technologies, we recommend disabling these settings.
  • If you are using these settings, they may cause compatibility issues with the game.

The game may also not run properly if the in-game graphics settings are higher than your PC specs. Please try the following steps to lower your in-game settings and check if this resolves the issue.

1. Close the game if it is launched and ensure that the game is not running.
2. Right-click on the title of this game listed in your LIBRARY on Steam Client, and open "Properties..."
3. Open the Installed Files tab and click on "Browse..."
4. Rename the "config.ini" file to "config_backup.ini"
5. Create a copy of "config_default.ini" and rename the copy to "config.ini"
6. Go to your Steam Client and click on PLAY to run the game
