Can I create a backup of my save data?
Backups of save data can be created using the following instructions depending on the platform:
PlayStation 5
You can create a backup of your save data by uploading it to the PlayStation Plus cloud storage.
*A PlayStation Plus membership is required to access the PlayStation Plus online storage. For more details, please contact the manufacturer of the console.
XBOX Series X|S
You can create a backup of your save data by uploading it to the cloud server for the XBOX service. For more details, please contact the manufacturer of the console.
Nintendo Switch 2
You can create a backup of your save data by using Save Data Cloud.
*A Nintendo Switch Online membership is required to access Save Data Cloud. For more details, please contact the manufacturer of the console.
Steam
You can create a backup of your save data by uploading it to Steam Cloud.
*Game operations are not guaranteed with save data backups that were created from your local storage.

Notes:
- Normal game operations with an onboard graphics card and other devices that share VRAM with the main memory are not guaranteed.
- The game may not run properly with mobile GPUs meeting the minimum/recommended system requirements, as the level of GPU performance on mobile GPUs will drop greatly compared to those of regular GPUs.
Steam - What controllers are supported
Normal game operations are guaranteed with the controllers listed below.
- XBOX One controller*

- Mouse and Keyboard

Is it possible to apply downloadable content that is licensed for use in a different country than the base game?
Normal game operations are not guaranteed when/if the game software, hardware, or additional content is not from the same country/region, nor when data is shared with other software that is intended for use in a different country/region. Please ensure that all game software, hardware, and any additional content is registered and matches with the country/region you reside in.
Also, normal game operations are not guaranteed when using a digital code for the digital version of the game and additional contents intended for use in a different country/region. Therefore, please be sure to use digital codes with an account registered to the same country/region.
Examples of when normal game operations are not guaranteed are listed below:
- When playing with a console from a different country/region
- When playing a game software from a different country/region

There are partial differences due to the specifications for the hardware and controllers, but the basic game contents are the same.
Note: Crossplay and cross-saves between platforms are not supported.

How do I use the early bird bonus content and additional content included in the Shelter Variety Pack?
Outfits
Go to the Outfit Storage in the Shelter to change outfits.
Weapon Skins
Go to the Shelter's Tram Terminal Menu and select Weapon Loadout to change your weapon skin.
Digital Artwork
Go to the Data Library in the Shelter to view digital artwork.
Shelter BGM and Gestures
Talk to Cabin in the Shelter and open the Jukebox menu.
- Diana will perform gestures to match the mood of the selected BGM.
- You must progress through the game up to a certain point to unlock.
Others
The game does not run properly, for example, the game does not launch.
