If you have not manually saved, or auto-saved after you have achieved the Trophy requirement, the Trophy information will not be transferred.
Also, the following Trophies for Resident Evil 7: biohazard and Resident Evil 7: biohazard Gold Edition are not transferrable regardless of your save state:
