8. Hinderances with the game operation may occur when the application data installed to the console is corrupted.
Please try reinstalling the application data since this may resolve the issue.
IMPORTANT
- Save data will not be lost even if you delete the game data.
- If you delete the game data, the data for the title update will be deleted as well.
If you have ever played the game with the title update applied, there’s a possibility that the save data cannot be read due to the mismatch of the game version when you try to launch the game before reapplying the title update.
Please make sure to launch the game after reinstalling the game and reapplying the title update.
- Even if the installation progress screen closes and you are able to launch the game, there may be times when the installation is not fully completed yet. Please launch the game after the installation is fully complete.
