Warranty Information
Capcom U.S.A., Inc. warrants its software to the original purchaser that Capcom software, purchased brand new, is free from defects for a period of 90-days as stated in our manuals. In the case of a defective game, Capcom may offer a replacement if stock is available. Damage to the game due to negligence, accident, unreasonable use, modification, or tampering is not covered under the warranty period. This warranty does not cover used or secondhand purchases of Capcom titles, nor in situations where the receipt is no longer available. Capcom cannot offer replacements in cases where the game disc and case provided are not genuine. If the title is considered out of warranty, a reduced purchase fee will be assessed for replacement.
